Stuff you make are interesting, you are creative. But you need to improve a lot you might like to look at Arvids outlining/shading techniques to improve your pixel work. So yeah it needs a lot improvement but I think you will be a great pixel artist if you continue pixeling and working on your improvement. After all nobody isn't great at the start
