I saw Lexies guide (very nice), but i don't know where to get the programs and how to do that thing hmm thi

not mine^^^^^ its made by Microw i think

Like how to put it in lines and all. HELP PLEASE

Graphics Gale is a good programme to use, Just google it, im sure you'll find a free version.

i just do all my stuff in ms paint but it is old it's 10 years old but i can't use other pros theres to much stuff to pick from and backgrounds and all that

Use the sprite sheets lexie has on her tutorial, Save as .PNG.
