FE Launcher? Empty FE Launcher?

Am I the only one who sees a problem with this? It shows it's down when I try to use it.. so right now I can't even play Fallen. -.-'

I dont use the launcher to get the client up. I just use it to update then i just double click the shortcut on the desktop or w/e.
