Please help me...

So, today I downloaded v.15 off of the site. I tried to play but the thing popped up that says, "Cannot connect to the server, BLAH BLAH FUCKING BLAH", so, I checked launcher and the site and both said server was online. It's really starting to irritate me, does anyone know how I might be able to solve this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
