Critism or critique?

Before giving critism you should first think TWICE before doing so.
I've seen people quitting pixeling because some people gave him critique and critism to the max.
Here a few tips to give proper critism.
* Point the things that need some more work, but also the things that are good.
* Dont use sarcasm, or attack the personality of the person. ( OMG EVERYTHING IS BLACK ARE YOU EMO??? LAL)
* Try to be as precise as you can be, even better if you could show him/her.
* Critism is a tool to learn, make sure the person will see it that way.
These are a few tips, If you know any more please post them here =\
And also I have no respects for people trolling or using sarcasm about some1 elses work.

I AGREE FULLY WITH WAT YOU R SAYING. AND YOU CAN ALSO ADD ( JUST CUZ YOU DONT LIKE SOMEONE'S WORK, YOU DONT HAVE TO MAKE FUN OF IT OR PUT THEM DOWN) THE ONLY 2 THINGS YOU CAN SAY TO SOMEONE ABOUT THEIR PIXElS IF YOU DONT LIKE IT IS (TELL THEM WAS IS WRONG WITH IT AND HOW CAN THEY FIX IT) AND TO THE PPL THAT QUIT PIXELING CUZ SOMEONE IS BEING HARSH TO THEM. MY ADVISE IS DONT LISTEN TO PPL WITH SUCH NEGATIVE REMARKS. (YOU DONT KNOW HOW GOOD OF A PIXELER YOU CAN BE IF YOU JUST KEEP PRACTICING)

Yea i agree also i thought about quitting pixeling. Not cause i got any negative comments or what so ever i was glad for all the help and info. But it seems also that im wasting my time there's no proper setup for a pixeler as in someone who hires them or would even use there stuff on the server.. Most times i ask lexie/joey/otaku about making comments on my post so they could guide me a little.
Most people pm me telling me to submit my stuff to ele.. But ele seems busy and im a person who respects someone once they say im busy atm.. I would never harass them about it again.
So just for pixlers i think there should be a proper setup..
