Actually, I do believe you were the one flaming, Jaygr. He had warned you over and over to stop with the flaming, yet you didn't, and infact replied with vulgar and abusive language toward him, such as 'Suck my dick,' and 'he's being a (no swearing),' which is further proved in the screenie you gave. I highly doubt you were trying to end it if you used that language against him, instead, I think you were fueling the argument, as he never used any of that same language you used against him towards you. He was just trying to get you to stop. >.>

Actually they can. If you harass players, or you're racist, rude, cursing at others. Anything such as that, it's their duty to get you to stop. After a warning they can take action. You're not allowed to say ANYTHING that you want. But you can choose to say it and get punished if it's the wrong thing. Thus your banning is hereby justified; so says I, an idiot. XD

I'll have to say it again. You need to know when to back down and just shut up. You'll never become an Admin if you continue to rage at people.
