This has to deal with Forum posts.

This is part of the FE Community; and as such is governed by the same rules, basically.

If you go on his Admin Application, you'll see what happened.

He sent that PM as some sort of retaliation towards me trying to help him.

I expect something to be done; not trying to rush anything, but if I try to help someone out, I don't wish to be attacked with filth.

Not when the same thing is being said there and on his topic he created.

Also to an extent, things can be taken to PM's, but when it borders on being harassed over nothing, then it has to be dealt with.

The ignore button just makes them go to someone else, to start harassing them. Of-course they too can ignore, but it isn't supposed to be like that where we're supposed to ignore everyone just cause of what's said.

It's best to get a Forum Admin to fix things. It started on his Admin Application; Otaku rejected it, and so I feel he's done posting.

A ban kicks them off of whatever they are on. So unless they know how to get around a ban, and not everyone does, then they don't go to someone else with-in the community of FE.

Also as it's been proved that more times over, that a lot who want to mess with you are others will in-fact do as such. Even if ignored; there are many ways unless they are permanently banned. They will move on to each one whom they can, and troll them. Such is the way of that.

For two, in both cases [banning and/or ignoring] they're going from whoever they were bothering, and moving onto the next person. A ban doesn't change a person, therefore, I win to see your logic.
