Sparkly dress (Blue) Empty Sparkly dress (Blue)

Pubes requested me to do a mermaid but it turned out looking retarded so I'm not going to post it on here. When I was coloring the mermaid I made it look all sparkly at the top half. I haven't finished the bottom though. I quickly pinched the top half off the mermaid and created a dress of blue. Enjoy Very Happy
