Import banned my freind His name is ( KING)

can u please unbanned him please import was doing a arena event but import cheated and then my freind was going to trade import then import perm banned him i felt sorry for my freind his user is (4321) can u unbanned him please he couting on me hes been emotional.......

iv been wondering why import arena some1 then he banneds them it makes not scence
