glitch in FE guild managemnt

I think Guilds are disbanded to the point that you can make them, but when you try to access the options, it won't allow it. I'm pretty sure Ele has been working with the Guilds to fix something.

Like the only thing that you can do with Guilds so far, is create them, and others can join, but you're not able to mess with the Guild Options.
