You'll need to unzip it with WinRAR to transfer the files over to your Fallen Evolution folder.

I'm doing all of this and I still can't see most items like fish, most items on paperdoll, etc.

I heard that I should uninstall Fallen-Evolution and re-install then download the files. Will that work?

and Download it directly from the site. (same as updater)
