Quest Glitch? Empty Quest Glitch?

Hey, I don't know if it's just me or what, but quests will not work for me. I tried sheep shagger and killed well over 20 sheeps and the guy keeps saying I haven't killed them ALL yet...and also I tried to do the dragon one, where you have to kill 100 dragons for the prince, and it's pretty much the same thing...

So is it just me or is anyone else experiencing this?
