Admin Application.

Hello forums, to begin my application I would like to say that I've already been interviewed by Otakulove, and she is in the process of looking into me. So, I basically made this application to have one up, because it seems like the best thing to do. In this application I will be including a few things. For one; The basic admin application template provided. And another thing; An application used by a WoW Private server I have found very usefull. So, here it is.
In-Game Name: Ihasatail
Name: Brendan Sweet
Age: 14 Years
How many hours a day I spend on FE: From about 11:30AM to 1:30AM So, about 14 hours a day. These times may be changed in the event of an emergency, a trip, shopping, etc.
About me: Well, I live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and will be attending highschool this upcoming school year. I tend to be on FE most of the day, but my hobbies include Drumming, German studies, swimming sence It's summer, and most of all learning as much as I can with computers, for I find this to be valuable knowledge I can use later in life to find myself a job, and for just basic recreational activity like editing code on a game or something.
Personality: Lately, due to the massive amounts of Mods being accepted, I have been more uptight-ish. Only because I want the community to take me as a mature indivisual to assure them I am a person that completely qualifies for the position, and is able to handle the extreme responsability that comes with the title and rank.
What I'm applying for and why: I'm applying for moderator because I feel that I can utilize many things to help the community, such as people skills (The ability
to break up an arguement or disagreement over something stupid), knowing what is right and wrong, and what to do in many strange situations. These skills divide the people who are applying to get the title for fun, and people who take the job seriously, as if it where a real job.
Recent jobs on other servers: Nothing recently, but in the past I have been an admin for numerous small servers, basically just to gain knowledge of the commands and such. I have been an admin on ; Losteo (The original, not the crappy new one), Biohazard-EO, Ravens-EO (My own server created to gather information on how to run one, how everything works from the inside, and again, basic knowledge of the commands.) And previously stated, many many MANY smaller servers, just to learn how to deal with problems and learn the commands.
I know all of the commands. Every single one, by heart.
Now, for the application taken from a WoW Private server, I feel possesses questions that really make a difference in ones application.
[Fallen Evolution IGN]: Ihasatail
[What date, as accurately as possible, did you join our community?]: Probably closer to a month ago.
[What time-frame can you be online, and for how long?]:
[MON] 11:30 AM - 1:30 AM
[TUE] 11:30 AM - 1:30 AM
[WED] 11:30 AM - 1:30 AM
[THU] 11:30 AM - 1:30 AM
[FRI] 11:30 AM - 2:00 AM
[SAT] 11:30 AM - 2:00 AM
[SUN] 11:30 AM - 1:30 AM
[Why do you no longer work for previous servers?]: Because time moves on, some of them shut down, fired for inactivity in one case, but most of them because the owner couldn't host the server anymore.
[What does being a Game Master mean to you?]: Being a game master, to me, means being able to effect Fallen Evolutions community in a posotive manor that will help it in a way that allows it to be a better experience for the staff, players, and anything else!
[Do you have any knowledge of Game Master Commands?]: I know all the commands 100%
[Are you comfortable with typing in full English?]: Yes, I have a complete understanding of the language.
[A player gives you some attitude, it’s nothing spectacular – but attitude none the less, how do you react?]: I tell them if they keep repeating this behavior, they could face extreme punishment, maybe even a permanent ban.
[A player has seriously insulted you, how do you react?]: I jail the character for 4 hours.
[A player has seriously insulted another member of staff, what do you do?]: I let it go, because I believe the staff can handle themselves in most situations.
[A player, or group of players, are constantly pestering you for an item, spell or modification in some form to their character(s). What do you say?]: I tell them that giving out spells, modifications, money, items, ANYTHING, is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN, if I where to perform these hanous acts, their character would be whiped, mine would be whiped, and I would lose my job and maybe even be banished.
[Hack, cheat, moderation or character configuration tools are strictly not acceptable. You have been alerted of a player using these types of tools – what do you do?]: I immediatly jail the character or Ban him for 24 hours (Untill I can get in touch with a higher ranking GM).
I hope this application has helped you understand how bad I want to help, and that I'm willing to go 13 hours a day + to make the community a better place to play.
EDIT:
I would also like to add that I understand that with the title and rank of light guard comes the responsibility of having to commit myself to a game, and I'm 100% sure that I am prepared to fulfill this, in the event I am accepted, I will take all the rules into mind, and utilize my abilities to become the best I can possibly be. I will not let any of you regret hiring me, I will not abuse my powers, I will take responsibility for my actions, and I will treat this as if it were an actual job, with kindness, and most importantly respect to my not only my superiors, but players, other Light Guards, and human beings in general.

Oh wow.. the first thing that came to my mind when I saw this was: Holy Shizzzz this guy wrote a lot! But I think it shows you put alot of effort into it and really thought things through. We've had a lot of fun in arena, and you're a fun guy. Goodluck with all of this :]
