Application for an Adminship

Hey Forum my Name is Dennis , I'm 18 years old and come from Germany.

I'm a eloquent guy who is very tolerant and polite.
I'm playin FE since the first lil PK system in Ancient Wraiths at Newb land (i think it was Version 1) , so i got many experience with FE.

I attache importance to be respectfully to everbody. It doesn't depends on Status or Rank.
We need competent Staff and more whose watching/looking for Manupulators and Hackers.
Mods have to know how to handle with emtreme situations and should be strict with deceivers.

I'm old enough to take responsibility for myself and others and i like helping people with problems etc.
I'm a very funny guy but even serious and not stupid, my proof is my school, im visiting the secondary school specialized in economical sciences so im equipped to cope with many questions and willing it.

My Goals are satisfired Players and to be a consequent and a professional Admin.
I take this responsibility very serious and my primary aim is to make FE more professional.

In my Opinion Mods have to stay in hide mode and clean Fallen Evolution from Manipulators and not sitting in Bank whole time as is well-known.

They're also responsible for holding/supporting Events and looking after reports.

Like i told you, we need an Admin for my time zone ( middle Europe, Germany ) because the intersection of the online-time of Mods is like 0-1 at my main time which you already realized.

I would say my motto is : Don't stop just because you think you have achieved the goal. There are goals, and there are goals.

I think that im perfect for this spot and I hope that I'm exactly that what you need and want.

Like I told, I'm still going to school and I have a part time job next to the school in a Pig Slaughter house , Stock and Transport Department. So I have to pull the pigs around and onto the Truck lol.

I did do Martial Art for about 4 years and played Volleyball for about 5 years. But i quitted and only go to the Gym now.

Yeah and my hobbies are: Fallen Evolution <3 , hanging out with friends, gym and Ebaying ;o

That was for the ones who care about it

Disturbed may not be English, but from what I read he is quite intelligent and pretty damn good with the English language. We need more Moderators from European timezone, and I also think he is more than up to the position for this.

Second, I support this app 100 %. I agree there arent many admins on during your time zone. ;D

Have you even wondered why Admins sit in the bank? To reply to PM's, and to st in the place the most people in the game gather.

A lot also seem to be AFK all the time when they really have a lot of PM's to reply to .

I support, just had to say that.

Thank you guys and about this Bank thingy : Yea there are Admins who are busy at replying Pms but you cant deny that there are more Admins who are only chillin or being funny. Im not actually against this but there is a limit to do that in my opinion. And there are some who goes over this limit and forgot their tasks. but thanks for being honest and telling your opinion

I didn't deny that they do their jobs. But not all though. But there still ones who doesn't, you know it and I know it. I could list who does and who doesn't but it isn't my task to judge them ;o And like I said , I'm not totally against it but there is a limit.

Yes the mods stay around the bank, however we(or I) were waiting for something to come up, when something came up. I was there. I was at the bank only to wait for something to happen, as quite a bit of drama happens around the bank, or global.

If so, Please mention why you left or got fired.

Also, What makes you different then all the other applications we've had in the past, Why do they need to hire you?

i try to answer these questions smart

I never worked on another Servers because there aren't Servers which worth to work for. This is the only Server which i would love to work for.
The reason why i didnt work yet is, that i tried to collect experience first, to satisfire totally at my work in the future hopefully. I think now i've collected enough experience, cause like I've written i started to play since the begin of the Server. And now i think I'm ready to rise this challenge.

My matrueness, my experience and my goals make me different. For example : i want that FE become more professional. I tried to support Ele in that way and helped him already a bit. I'm also Admin at game.fallen-evolution.com/support. It's a Customer Support System which helps players through Tickets etc.
My task is to reply the tickets and find a Solution. If I can't I'll transfer it to Ele. This Site will become the most important tool for Mods by the way.
