EDIT: If you don't know how to set a signature on the forums...
Use this.
Sorry for the dirt poor quality.

INSTRUCTIONS -
First - Screenshot. (Printscreen button copies your screen (The button right above - & =))
Second - Paste the screenshot and crop it in paint.
Third - Open it in sumo paint. (A web application PS, basically.)
Fourth - Mess around with the image (In this case, just add text, blur and smear.)
Fifth - Save. Upload to tinypic and post the link.
