New "Fallen Points & Reputation"

You can earn fallen points by the post count you have. Reputation however can be obtained by clicking the following icons on the users profile this will help us fallen evolution staff determine who has bad reputation or good and also help you stay away from bad users on this forum, and you can only vote once per 30 minutes, and you must have at least 10 posts before you can give someone reputation.
