We need a flame/troll section on these fourms so people don't ruin threads with irrelevant posts.

That won't stop the Trolls. The point in trolling is to mainly post in areas that it makes it to being off the topic.
If there was a Troll Section, then it wouldn't be trolling, truly. People would expect it and then it ruins everything that the original troller was trying to accomplish, if anything.
So then the Trollers would not go into the Troll section, rather they would continue to troll the other forums.
