About Me: I live in Western Australia, I'm currently in year 12 at school (final year woohooo ) I've always had a weird obsession with endless and endless related private servers lol. I'm really into computers, always have been after year 12 I'm going to study some sort of computing course at TAFE to broaden my knowledge even further

Hobbies: I play Fallen Evolution quite a lot in my spear time, I also like to bodyboard, when the conditions are right though

Hours Playing FE: I started playing FE only recently, but I've played for about 6-7 hours a day, gotten to know a few people and a few admins.

Personality: I believe I'm pretty out going, funny and witty. Anyone could approach me and say almost anything and I'll have an answer.

Why I want to be an ADMIN: I'm applying to be an admin because I'll stay for a long time. I will like to help out new players who join. I can be strict if I need to be at the time, usually I'm laid back and relaxed about most situations. I've noticed that often in my gaming time there are very few admins on (sometimes) Because I'd be on at this time pretty much every day I'll be filling that gap.

I would be a Good Admin: I would do what I'm told if another admin higher access then me says so, I would help everyone to the best of my abilities, events if we're allowed for sure I don't go afk for long periods of time so I'm always there to answer the questions that I may be asked. I often look over the forums as well, so if any problems arise on there I can talk to the people directly. Also when I'm trying to deal with a situation I'll deal with it in a quiet way, so the whole of FE doesn't have to hear whats going on.

One of the main reasons are is because admins don't want to hire somebody that will just ignore players, so people state they're willing to help out, it makes for a better chance of getting a position. My application wasn't put together well, I was tired when I did it, so I didn't really realize what I've said.

Higher level Admins enforce rules; Mods, are there to keep the Server in order, and to help the players out more. That is one of the main things to prove when trying to go for a higher access. Being able to do the job, help the players and keeping everything in order when they're not on to directly enforce the rules.

As he has no screenshots it will be a lot harder to resolve the issue, and if these witnesses are his friends they might not be useful for the whole truth. I would, get the whole story of events, take notes if I have to, Get names of every involved player, get both sides of the argument, and then depending on the circumstances go from there.
