NO there are MODs hired JUST for MOD possition not pixel or map.. those are diff mods the community mods that have been hired are rarely on!

NO there are MODs hired JUST for MOD possition not pixel or map.. those are diff mods the community mods that have been hired are rarely on!

u should be the leader of the Mods.

The only way to fix this would be if admins were selected through time zones.

Lets say an admin is on the morning she stays 2-3 hrs and another admin comes on

And she gets off and so on.

**Sickness,Injuries,Trouble** Will be Excused .

If Gone For a holiday must stay for a few hours extra before starting packing w/e

Inactive admins are given chances if they win to do so demote and wipe will be done

Admins should stay at bank bcuz of the high population and trouble

admins should wait for pms to go help ppl

admins should hide and search for ppl autoing say hello once twice thrise no replies? send them to jail

F.E does not need any new admins, not at all. One thing that the existing admins should do is to get on as much as they can. Quit finding excuses. If you can't make an effort to even login for a day or so, resign. Just my two cents. (;

Admins shouldn't have to wait in the bank. Admins should wait where ever they can. Not just in bank because there is the most people gathering in there. There are different forms of communication, so waiting in an area shouldn't be a required thing for any such admin.

Also for the Autoing one, Admins do that. But they shouldn't stay on hide because they cannot get PM's once Hidden.

Admins shouldn't just help when getting a PM. They should help whenever there is help needed to be given. Like if someone needs it by asking on Global, or through the public chat; anyway that communication can be used, there should be an Admin willing to help though it.

Hailey will always be that way but what can anyone do? After all elevations hired her personally.. I had my ups and down with her apparently but go figure i knew it would happen sooner or later.. She does have issues in game and real life but doesn't mean it needs to be offloaded on player or admins . Yes she been promoted for her constant work..ect But i think it was far most the worst decision they have made.

Before when she was a LG she use to act like she was already a guardian or gm. If she remember this is one of the reason me and her had some issues.. Even when i spoke to some of the LG's that been long gone they also agree she was a bit to much. It's nothing personal hailey but you need to clam down.

If your not able to keep up with FE explain it simply this is the topic what heather has made about inactivity. And far most if that was really you on another server it's just a shame that elevations doesn't follow his own rules when it comes towards you... Players has been banned for advertising and have any activity or dealings with Bone UnderGround.
Im not saying this should happen to you but set an example.
