Fishing level indicator

I noticed while fishing you have to figure out you leveled by checking #stats, it doesn't show you leveled on global. So why not make it say it to you in the SCR tab or the SYS Tab? Or better yet make it like when you level an actual level. Make the leveling sound.

maybe they can take it off the glb, I don't see why it shows there anyway.
