Error on launcher updater

i cant get in new desert area i think its probly a missed update i didnt get but when i try to update i get this error messge. See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

Can you please simplify this? I don't want to read all of this.

i re installed it now it is saying input string was not in a correct format

i try to download that too but my nortan says"trojan horse .exe" blocked so i cannot download it
