Fe updater *read* Empty Fe updater *read*

Im having trouble with Fe updater i install it and it keeps saying that i installed it into the wrong place and i cant find fe extras in it either so if someone can help me Post here

Fully exit the game. Un-install FE launcher. Re-download it here. Save it to your FE folder. If you have no idea how to locate that folder of yours,
Goto 'Start' > 'My computer' > 'C drive' > 'Elevations productions' folder > 'Fallen evolution' folder. That's the folder I'm talking about.

After you have successfully saved the launcher, go to the 'Fallen Evolution' folder. You should see an application named 'Updater' or something. Double-click it. Click 'update'. After that, close it and run launcher. 'Launch game'.

It says i dont have the permission to save that File COntact your administrator For help when im signed into my laptop as administrator only account on there
